Born in 2010, “VMP Associates” offers a wide range of professional services for companies and businessmen willing to work and to invest in Moldova and in the East European countries. The consulting service is meant for those who want to take advantage from emerging countries’ opportunities and potentials as well as from the interesting tax reliefs that they offer.
“VMP Associates” is composed by a team specialized in companies internationalization, chartered accountants and auditors enrolled in the Italian, Moldovan and Romanian official registers, with a twenty-year experience in supporting companies through internationalization activities and processes. There are, as well, very capable local professionals, expert in management control, working both as tax and law consultant, and auditors, able to assist and follow the investors step by step, till the reaching of the final target. Special attention is given to the preliminary stages to understand how to optimize the entrepreneurial attitudes according to the market situation, or how to take the highest advantage of the opportunities offered by the Country considering the settled targets.
The leader of “VMP Associates” is Vincenzo Maria Pulzella, chartered accountant and auditor, working in Moldova since 2007. He was the first in 1990 to approach the East European Countries, after the fall of Berlin wall and after the extraordinary change that came after this event in those Countries. Besides, he is the first Italian accountant to be enrolled as plenipotentiary in the ACAP, the Moldovan accountants register (www.acap.md) and in the CECCAR, the Romanian accountants register (www.ceccar.ro).
